About Me.
My name is Claire Kearney-Volpe. I am an art therapist, designer and researcher.
I hold a Master's in Interactive Telecommunications, and a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences and HCI.
I am an NYPL volunteer, a research affiliate at NYU, and a Senior UX Researcher and Accessibility Specialist at Verizon. My research is focused on accessible UX.
I am a firm believer that technology serves people best when they participate in its design.
